Avature’s approach to AI is guided by the Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0 as set out in NIST AI 100-1. We do not use customer data to train our AI models. Depending on the functionality, some AI features may process customer-provided data, including PII, to enhance the customer experience. In such cases, processing occurs within private models hosted securely in Avature’s AWS infrastructure, ensuring that customer data remains within the customer’s environment and is not used to train or improve the underlying base models.

  • Bias Prevention: Annual independent AI bias audits, including an Automated Employment Decision Tools audit, to remain compliant with the NYC Bias Audit Law.
